Your tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance gas laser systems (HeNe, Argon) from initial concept to series production
• Act as the ultimate technical authority for troubleshooting complex system failures, utilizing diagnostic tools and simulation
• Guide junior engineers and collaborate with electronics, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration

Your qualification:

• Extensive professional experience (5+ years) in the development of gas laser sources, with a portfolio of successfully launched products or significant research milestones
• High degree of reliability, creativity and commitment
• Independent and persistent working style
